Tracy joined Air Balancing Company in August 2012, bringing her in-depth experience of Business Development, Advertising, Sales and Marketing. As a result, ABC became a Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) with the State of Texas and is HUB-certified.
Tracy spent ten years working for GTE Directories, which later evolved into Verizon. While there, she worked in a variety of marketing departments at both the regional and national level. Tracy developed a regional direct-mail program that was implemented nationwide, in addition to a national sales collateral program with staged market research testing response, a regional event promotions program for a fourteen-state area, and a regional Community Contributions and Media Relations Program. The last three years of her Verizon career, she was a sales representative helping her clients grow their businesses. Tracy helped extensively grow her sales territory and double revenue.
Tracy graduated from Baylor University earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with duo degrees in Marketing and Management. During her time at Verizon, she also earned a Master’s of Business Administration from LeTourneau University’s Executive Program.
She is the wife of Bret and mom to two terrific, grown and flown boys. She enjoys travel, the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
