Tarrant County College South Campus Chilled & Heating Water Loop RETURN

Surveyed the existing chilled and heating water system loop at the South Campus consisting of 35 buildings and provided the owner with recommended system improvements to balance the loops.

Each building’s water consumption was monitored and evaluated to determine if optimal water flow conditions existed or established that modifications were necessary. The majority of the buildings required some modifications which ultimately resulted in a 600 GPM reduction in chilled water usage.
