Mid-States Distributing RETURN

Air Balancing Company was brought in by Mid-States Distributing to help with excessive humidity issues throughout their building.

We provided a complete assessment of the building’s HVAC system. This building assessment was used as a baseline for the building operating conditions and to direct the owner on how to proceed with remedial actions.

We teamed up with Enviromatic Systems to provide a new building automation control system. Once the building was under control, Air Balancing Co. balanced the building to maintain building temperature and humidity setpoints.

As a result of our efforts the building which was experiencing humidity levels in the 90% range was now maintaining the building at a comfortable temperature with humidity levels ranging from 45-55%.
