July 24, 2023 –Greenville, SC – Palmetto Air & Water Balance, LLC (“Palmetto”), a people first, high-growth independent Testing, Adjusting and Balancing business, is pleased to announce the employment of Mr. Roy King as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. King will be responsible for Palmetto’s finance and accounting functions, including transaction integration for Palmetto’s robust M&A pipeline.
Mr. King joins Palmetto from Logical Systems, LLC, a Memphis, TN based international engineering business, where he was the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. King has held senior finance positions at VAP Diagnostics Laboratory and Atherotech; he began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. King earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and his Master of Science in Professional Accountancy from Clemson University.
